My Blog No. 3

The irony of allowing myself to have a slow morning, yea, verily
the joyous welcoming of it leads invariably to a more productive day.
Allowing and acceptance, dovetailing with the serenity prayer,
taking mindfulness and gratitude breaks,
noticing what fascinates and delights, doing the next needed thing, celebrating little wins, has refreshed me.

Gee whiz! That's some paragraph.

It's easier to see the recipe for my happy morning as a list:
Slow morning (3/4 cup, unbleached )
Joyous welcoming
Allowing
Acceptance
The serenity prayer mindfulness breaks
Gratitude breaks
Noticing what fascinates
Noticing what delights doing the next needed thing resting when it is enough.
