There once was a young man. A young man of significant and abundantly varied talents. He got spectacular grades, was proactive in getting prestigious internships, learned from his mistakes and made increasingly good decisions at work.

He was constantly looking ahead.

He sometimes missed the joy of being who he is.

He magnified his flaws and minimized his successes. He had a challenge: how to better nourish himself - his spirit and his appetites.

One day he put together the concepts of cognitive distortions and the work of Julia Cameron.
