Blog Post No. 26: Raveling

In some of my works, I seek refuge from the world.

In others,

I attempt to address the complexities of our planet and all its inhabitants.

The present work, as it inexorably builds from lyrical innocence to its

crisis is a microcosm of how I see our human situation.

Raveling ends with hope.

A hope tinged with sadness in the understanding that humanity's

challenges not least of which are climate catastrophe and fascism may

make the hope

unrealizable.
